As a 29 year old second career cosmetology student and a seminary student’s wife, I find myself in situations where people are very surprised to hear that I will be a pastor’s wife. I find this quite humorous because honestly, I never would have thought I would be here either. Life’s journey has led my husband here along with me and our two young children. Our lives are never dull so quite naturally I have many thoughts running through my mind. As I try to work through these thoughts in my mind, I find my old self fighting with the self that I strive to be and it seems to work itself out better on paper- or rather, a blog.
